USA customers: Prices include USA tariffs, no additional payment is necessary at delivery.

EU customers: Orders under 150 EUR include the Import VAT and you won't need to pay any additional fees at delivery. If your order total is above 150 EUR, we won't charge you VAT, you will pay this at delivery. Additional customs duty might apply.

Personalised items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, however, if you are unhappy with the quality or an item arrives damaged, get in touch and we'll do our best to fix it.

Unpersonalised items can be returned for a full refund within 28 days of receipt.
